JOB DESCRIPTION

Create user ID and monitor Management system (System Parameter)

services: Record the engagements of senior managers. make sure the effective flow of data and documents to and from the workplace.

Ensure the safekeeping of all documentation within the workplace in line with relevant legislation and policies.

Obtain inputs, collates and compiles reports, e.g progress reports,monthly reports and management reports. Responds to enquiries received from internal and external stakeholders.

Collect, analyse and collate information requested by the manager. Clarify directions and notes on behalf of the manager.

Ensure that travel arrangements square measure well coordinated.

Manage the leave register and phonephone accounts for the unit. Handle the procural of standard things like stationary, refreshments etc. for the activities for the manager and also the unit. Provides support to manager relating to conferences.
