SCHOLARSHIP DESCRIPTION
The company has a number of power plants, including the Koeberg nuclear power station and Kendal power station. The latter is the largest coal-powered electricity generation plant in Africa and the 22nd largest in the world. Eskom is also a publicly-traded company and listed in JSE as BIESKM, Eskom invites Unemployed Learners registered / planning to be registered within TVET and HET Institutions to submit applications for scholarship funding. This scholarship funding is aimed at addressing the scarce and critical skills within the transport industry, must have attained nothing lower than 70% in most recently completed degree (within the last six years) Previous study must be relevant to Public Administration or Development Studies and completed at a well-known university South African applicants will need to possess an honours qualification to apply Demonstrated proficiency in written and spoken EnglishPreferably with work or voluntary background in their field of interest
Must be available for full-time study
