THE PURPOSE within the BUSINESS:

Applications area unit invited from fitly qualified students for the position of associate degree Engineering within the Vanetia mine process Department.

KEY RESULT AREAS:

The made students are needed to:

• Adhere to and drive work management principles and KPI targets to make sure optimum instrumentality performance.

• Plan and coordinate activities to handle production, breakdowns and maintenance schedules and portion resources as needed.

• Perform body duties to make sure correct record keeping and spares convenience.

• Ensure compliance to company policies, procedures and legal needs.

• Training and development of subordinates.

• Co-ordinate and monitor instrumentality convenience to make sure attainment of production targets.

• Communicate instrumentality info and changes to relevant neutral to attenuate Production delays.

• Continuously analyse instrumentality deficiencies and advocate and/or implement enhancements and changes to maximise instrumentality utilization.

-Maintain constant safety, health, setting and legal compliance in managed areas.

• Manage daily maintenance activities touching on however not restricted to conveyor belts, pumps, air compressors etc across the blue space. guarantee maintenance activities area unit effectively planned and dead.

• Over-inspect maintenance activities within the plant maintenance execution conforms to quality management

• Liaise with stakeholders to endlessly drive skills

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Grade 12/N3 or relevant NQF four equivalent qualifications,with maths and science

• National Engineering Certificate (Electrical)

• Recognized Electrical Certificate with Red Seal and N4 to N6

• MHSA 2.9.2 Legal Certificate

• Computer skill – MS Works Suite (Word/Outlook)

• Knowledge of Mine Health & Safety Act (Act twenty nine of 1996) as amended

- Safe installation of conveyor transfer, drive stations, tail ends, head ends, belt tensioning

- Safe installations and construction of pump,dam walls, piping and valves

- Supervise underground rigging installation

- Comply with the lock out systems required on machinery

- Adhere to M&RC’s policies, procedures and safety protocols

• Knowledge of the trained worker discipline (E.g. Wire, Maintanance, screens and conveyors together with rigging and fitting activities)

 SKILLS/ COMPETENCIES:

• Proactive leader with ability to make and maintain and healthy relationship among students around

• General maintenance of the machine

• Good pc skill are advantageous

• Maintenance controls

• Budgeting and most of all management
