BMH AFRICA has been awarded the VUP Building package contract at vanetia mine

The following short term job opportunity is available.

LOCATION: VANETIA MINE

JOB TITLE: BRICKLAYER

JOB TYPE: SHORT TERM CONTRACT

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES AND/OR COMPETENCY AREA:

- A Bricklayer must have general knowledge of civil construction sites where concrete, shultering, scaffolding, concrete placing and concrete curing has taken place.

- The bricklayer must have specific experience and competence in the building various brick walls, specifically face bricks and stock bricks

- Work in accordance with safe working procedures for vanetia mine.

- Read and interpret drawings or sketches to be able to exacute the job.

- Set out the work from this instruction.

QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum Education of Grade 10, Preference will be for Grade 12 candidates

- Minimum 18 months experience in related field with relavant and Valid training certificate

- Security clearance from DE BEERS security procedures

- Medical clearance to be able to work in mine

EXPERIENCE

- Due to safety and critical nature of this job, you provide Previous site related experience is essential

- Minimum of 6 months on the sites experience performing a similar activities
