We would like to offer graduates with a degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering an invaluable opportunity to gain practical experience in the marketplace, in preparation of securing a permanent position. 

The Graduate Training Program is run over a period of 12 months and covers extensive training and development opportunities. Although there are no guarantees of permanent employment at Converge Consulting after the expiry date of the contract, the graduate may apply for any vacancies with us as and when they occur.

Requirements/ Eligibility to apply

Applicants are required to have completed their undergraduate qualification with a pass rate of 65% or above and a Bachelor’s Degree or B Tech equivalent qualification.

We are currently looking for graduates in the below fields:

• Graduate- Engineering (Mechatronics/ Industrial/ N.Dip)

• Graduate- Engineering (Electrical / Light Current)

The applicant is to have an excellent analytical and strategic thinking ability, to be solution orientated with an affinity for accuracy, have strong written and verbal communications skills and possess strong leadership abilities and project management skills.
